1. Sales Specialist – Medical Devices
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Presenting products, conducting meetings, training, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Science, or related field.
- Experienced in selling medical equipment with a proven track record.
- Understand medical terminology and procedures.
- Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Travel is permitted within the designated area of responsibility.
2. Sales Representative (OTC)
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies for OTC products in pharmacies, supermarkets, and retailers.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
- Educate and train store staff on products.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in OTC or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel within assigned areas.
3. Market Development Executive
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze opportunities in new markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, customers, and distributors.
- Support new customer account opening and manage initial customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team to increase sales in new markets.
- Assemble marketing activities and collect data to develop strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing/business development.
- Awareness of market trends and competition.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Possesses a “Can Do” attitude, is enthusiastic, and adaptable to healthcare technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively in English.
4. Sales Manager – Bangkok
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise the sales team to achieve targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor progress.
- Negotiate with key and strategic clients.
- Develop sales, marketing, and distribution strategies.
- Coach and mentor the sales team.
Qualifications
- Experience as a sales team leader or sales manager (pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
- Ability to set and achieve goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
5. Key Accounts Specialist – Philippines
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key hospital networks in the Philippines.
- Achieve sales targets and drive growth from key clients.
- Provide product training and support.
- Monitor market trends and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare (preferred)
